Kendra Wiggins
LICENSED CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR
Kendra Wiggins is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from North Carolina Central University. She has over five years of clinical experience and more than a decade in education and mentoring, working with clients aged five to 60+. In addition to her clinical work with ICU Christian Counseling Services, she serves as a Professional School Counselor at an elementary school.
Kendra specializes in individual, family, and group therapy, as well as workshops and trainings in diverse settings. She uses a person-centered approach, empowering clients to resolve their own challenges in a warm and empathic environment. Guided by the words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., she helps clients find light in dark moments, fostering peace, resilience, and personal growth.
Tedra Cook
LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
Tedra Cook, a licensed clinical social worker, earned her Master of Social Work and Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has extensive experience providing psychotherapy and case management to clients aged three to 70+, specializing in child welfare and delivering strengths-based services to promote safety and family preservation.
Tedra empowers clients to take an active role in their treatment using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Guided by her faith, she inspires hope and transformation, encouraging clients to “walk by faith, not by sight,” knowing that change is always happening.
Jireh McCallum
LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER ASSOCIATE
Jireh McCallum is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in North Carolina. She earned both her Master of Social Work and Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Education from North Carolina Central University. With experience across school settings, non-profit organizations, and community mental health, she is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and pursue emotional wellness.
Jireh uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach, meeting clients where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs and goals. She incorporates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and move toward lasting change.
Grounded in compassion, purpose, and her faith, Jireh creates a safe, supportive space for healing and self-discovery. She empowers clients to become the best version of themselves, one step at a time. She believes that healing is possible, and that with hope and guidance, growth can happen even in life’s most challenging seasons.
